    Fine Black Sea views from the rooms.

    The sofa bed was filthy, and I had to repeatedly request for it to be cleaned. The pool had an awful smell, and the breakfast options were limited and disappointing, this is not what one expects from a supposedly 5-star hotel.

    i liked the location and i found every things i orderd in my reservation are ok .

    only one thing when i rented a car they suppose to bring it at 08:00 am ,but they brought it at 09:50 almost 10 oclock which caused me some delay. as you know time is money.

    Very kind, willing and professional staff, very nice and comfortable hotel

    we miss a outside swimming-pool and the tea and coffee could be lie in franchise at breakfast ( not to wait for waiters-pot-boys)

    What a lovely stay! The breakfast blew me away, proper spread with loads of cheese, olives, and pastries. Room was clean and comfy, though the location's a bit far from the city. Perfect for a chilled family holiday, mind you!

    Almost everything was excellent in the hotel as a business hotel. If you don't expect to have a honeymoon in all inclusive hotels, this hotel is excellent.

    I don't consider this as a negative point but the hotel is a little bit far from city center.

    The experience here was disappointing. The front desk staff claimed no rooms were available, but miraculously found one after our 45-minute wait for luggage, how considerate. The pool was a nightmare, water burning my eyes, yet no staff bothered to address it. I certainly expected a complimentary gesture for this fiasco, but clearly, expectations are too high here.

    Great stay with fine views!

    The location near the mall and beach is perfect, and the views are just wow. Room was super clean, and loved the breakfast, especially the local treats. Only thing was, the gym could use some clearer instructions for newbies. Otherwise, everything was great!

    Excellent Room, and amazing services ( Gym/pool ... )

    The " valet " person was most unmannered. ( PS : hotel staff was very friendly and nice ). In short as i parked in front of hotel among many other cars, he lost his temper as to how i should move my car to the parking lot. Regardless of the issue at hand, a valet or any staff member should not lose temper and shout at guests, specially when we were talking normally and calmly, he just flipped ! ( Note : Being a pilot, i travel a lot, and i am a regular guest in novotel, in many different countries, and this is the first time a staff member behaves in such a manner, which i find unacceptable ).
